This 2 hour session is either done virtually or in person. We will not only look at your fridge and pantry to find healthier substitutes for your current foods but we will also start constructing a grocery list that in time will begin to replace those items. We will talk about your everyday kitchen cleaners, oils, what to stock in your pantry and so much more!
You will receive one 30 minute follow up session by phone as well as the Health Haven Makeover guide to help you know what items are best to keep in stock! This kitchen makeover is the bomb and we don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater, it’s about educating and empowering YOU to build your Health Haven little by little.
